For returns, please contact us for approval and return shipping instructions before sending any items back. Do not send returns to the address on your package unless we instruct you to do so.

Return and refund timeframes

You may request a change-of-mind return within 15 days after receiving your order, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 15 days after delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at kamoboystore@gmail.com.
